For regulatory compliance, all purchases at Not Labs require a verified account. This helps ensure proper recordkeeping, traceability, and responsible distribution of research materials. Creating an account also provides secure access to your order history and certificates of analysis.
Every batch is tested by independent labs. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on every product page, verifying identity and purity (≥99% unless otherwise stated).
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) details test results, including compound identity and purity, method (e.g. HPLC), lot number, and test date. On our COAs, look for the compound name, batch number, and a purity percentage of ≥99%. Need help? See the “Lab Results” section on any product page or contact us for guidance.
Yes—every batch comes with a COA. You can view or download it from the product page. COAs include third-party lab details and test results for full transparency.
Most of our compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials for stability and shelf life. Some products may be available in solution or capsule form, as noted on each product page.
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Peptides and other fragile compounds are best kept refrigerated (4°C) for short-term storage or frozen (-20°C) for long-term stability. Let cold vials reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation.
Most products remain stable and effective for at least 2–3 years from the date of manufacture when properly stored. We guarantee all items shipped are well within their usable lifespan. Check the COA or product label for batch and expiration dates.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and Paypal. We do not accept cryptocurrencies at the moment, but are looking to integrate that in the near future. Stay tuned.
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, and we never store full card details. Your data is used only for order processing and is never sold or shared.
We ship across the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping availability is shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship there due to legal or logistical restrictions.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. shipping usually takes 2–5 business days. International transit averages 1–2 weeks, but may vary due to customs. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Yes. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers with no indication of contents or company branding on the outside.
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number to the address provided at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days with prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Generally, yes—if they are used for lawful research. However, it is your responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding import, possession, and use. We do not ship to locations where specific products are restricted.
