Shipping Policy
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Orders are shipped in tamper-evident, secure packaging.
• Shipping is available to select locations based on local laws and regulations.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local regulations.
• Not Labs is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information or customs clearance issues.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note:
• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be accepted for return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review each case and provide a resolution at our discretion.
