Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2025 Welcome to the Not Labs Affiliate Program. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in our program. By submitting an application or participating as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Commissions & Payouts

Rate: Affiliates earn 20% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds).
Cookie Duration: Referrals are tracked for 90 days from the first click.
Minimum Payout: Commissions are paid once the balance reaches $50 USD.
Schedule: Payouts are made on a Net 30 basis.
Method: Payments are issued via PayPal or bank transfer.

Not Labs is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to ad blockers, browser settings, or improper link usage.

2. Promotion & Compliance Rules

Affiliates must follow all applicable laws and these compliance standards:

✅ Required:

Always include an FTC disclosure (e.g., “I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”).
Always include the compliance line: “For Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use.”

❌ Prohibited:

Making medical or therapeutic claims.
Providing dosage or safety guidance.
Using spam tactics (mass unsolicited emails, fake reviews, unapproved coupon sites).
Listing or reselling Not Labs products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Altering or misrepresenting Not Labs COAs, product renders, or logos.

Violations may result in suspension or forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Account Approval & Termination

All applications are reviewed manually.
Affiliates may be accepted or rejected at Not Labs’ sole discretion.
Not Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
Affiliates may leave the program at any time by contacting hello@notlabs.co.

4. Brand Protection

Affiliates may only use official Not Labs assets as provided.
Logos, renders, and COAs may not be altered without written approval.
Misuse of brand assets may result in immediate termination.

5. Program Changes & Termination

Not Labs may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of material changes.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

Not Labs is not liable for indirect damages including lost ad spend, loss of traffic, or lost business opportunities.
Commissions are only valid for properly tracked referrals in accordance with these Terms.
