Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Not Labs Affiliate Program. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the program. By applying, enrolling, or participating as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The Not Labs Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission on qualifying sales generated through approved referral links, affiliate-attributed coupon codes, or other authorized tracking methods.
Participation is subject to ongoing compliance, performance review, and approval at the sole discretion of Not Labs.
2. Commissions & Payouts
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 20% of qualifying net product sales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Net Sales Basis: Commissions are calculated on product revenue only and exclude taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and any non-product fees.
- Cookie Duration: Referral tracking cookies remain active for 90 days from the initial qualifying click, subject to browser behavior and technical limitations.
- Attribution: Referral credit is assigned according to the tracking and attribution system active at the time of purchase.
- Minimum Payout: Commissions become eligible for payout once the unpaid balance reaches $50 USD.
- Payout Schedule: Approved commissions are typically paid on a Net 30 basis.
- Payout Method: Payments are issued via PayPal or another approved method determined by Not Labs.
- Manual Review: All commissions are subject to review. Not Labs may withhold, adjust, reverse, or deny commissions associated with invalid, refunded, fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant transactions.
Not Labs is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to browser restrictions, ad blockers, device switching, cookie clearing, or improper link usage.
3. Self-Purchases, Coupon Misuse & Invalid Attribution
Affiliate commissions are intended for legitimate referred customer purchases, not for the affiliate’s own transactions.
The following are not eligible for commission and may be reversed or denied at any time:
- purchases made by the affiliate for personal use
- purchases made using the affiliate’s own referral link
- purchases made using the affiliate’s own coupon code
- purchases made through the affiliate’s logged-in account
- purchases made via guest checkout by the affiliate
- purchases made using alternate emails, accounts, or identities controlled by the affiliate
- purchases made by related parties (household members, employees, partners) intended to generate commission
- any attempt to simulate or manipulate referral attribution
Not Labs reserves the sole right to determine whether a transaction constitutes self-purchase activity, coupon misuse, or invalid attribution.
4. Qualifying Sales, Refunds & Adjustments
A commission is considered valid only when:
- the order is successfully completed and paid
- the order is not refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back
- the referral is properly tracked by the system
- the transaction complies with these Terms
Not Labs may adjust or reverse commissions at any time due to:
- refunds or partial refunds
- chargebacks or payment disputes
- canceled or fraudulent orders
- duplicate attribution
- self-purchase or invalid attribution
- coupon misuse
- compliance violations
- technical tracking corrections
5. Promotion & Compliance Rules
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
Required
Affiliates must:
- provide appropriate FTC-compliant disclosures (e.g., “I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases”)
- represent Not Labs accurately and responsibly
- include required compliance language where applicable
- maintain alignment with Not Labs’ research-only positioning
Prohibited
Affiliates may not:
- make medical, therapeutic, or disease-related claims
- provide dosage, administration, or safety guidance
- suggest products are intended for human or veterinary use
- use deceptive, misleading, or non-compliant marketing practices
- engage in spam, fake reviews, impersonation, or misleading coupon promotion
- list or resell Not Labs products on third-party marketplaces without authorization
- alter or misrepresent COAs, product renders, labels, or brand assets
- promote unauthorized discounts or misleading pricing claims
Violations may result in commission forfeiture, suspension, or removal from the program.
6. Brand Assets & Usage
Affiliates may only use official Not Labs assets as provided.
Affiliates may not:
- modify or misrepresent brand assets
- alter logos, COAs, or product documentation
- use Not Labs branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Not Labs.
7. Account Approval & Termination
- All applications are reviewed manually
- Approval is not guaranteed
- Not Labs may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion
- Accounts may be removed for inactivity, non-compliance, or risk to the brand

Termination does not guarantee payment of commissions tied to violations or non-qualifying activity.
8. Program Changes
Not Labs may modify the program, commission structure, or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The affiliate program is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted tracking, system accuracy, or earnings.
Participation does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
10. Limitation of Liability
Not Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits, traffic, or advertising spend.
Total liability is limited to unpaid commissions for valid qualifying transactions.
